Here is another one of the beautiful Miss Amanda Lee to add to the pin up files. Just finished the retouches on this one early this morning and just in time to share with you all today. Miss Amanda and I are hopefully going to be setting up another shoot in October down at the Pima Air Museum in Tucson, AZ. Starting in a couple of weeks, I’m lining up the next series of pin up shoots with some fabulous pin up style models. First will be Miss Penny Von Luck, we’ll be doing a shoot out at Edwards AFB towards the end of this Month, and we have been putting together this big shoot for quite some time! Also this month, if time will allow, Miss Pin Up Fal from San Diego and I are going to try and do a Navy themed shoot. In late August, plans are being finalized for a fun shoot with Jess Robinson at the Thompson Aviation scrapyard, and September photo shoots are being set up with Lisa Marie, Due Volte D, and Mandallily. Below are some pictures from their portfolios, and I am looking forward to working with these talented models!!! I talked my beautiful wife Tara into doing a pin up shoot for me, and that is one I just can’t wait to do, hopefully in early September!!!!! So stay tuned for more vintage pictures and retro nose art.

Ah, Miss Amanda. Always easy on the eyes. It’s so nice to see a woman-shaped woman.
The closeup is very nice. The light looks fabulous!
Thanks D, thats at the park at Main and Scottsdale Blvd. in old Scottsdale!
Jess Robinson – never heard of her before… but she’s soooo cute
she’s great!!!
These are great. Are you planing on doing a calendar?
that would be fun just need to do 12 shoots!
Who’s ta say you can’t use 2 or 3 shots from the same shoot with different treatments? It IS your calendar, after all, and I don’t think the guys would mind the same faces with different clothes and styles.
Go for it!
I’d certainly support that motion!
Being a photographer myself i think you´re doing a good job right there! I´m not that much into pin up myself, so i guess it makes sense to say that my favorite on is the image from Jess Robinson. About the calendar i have to agree to the lovely DeanneM (crazy to see you on every post here and on Drex files, i say you really deserved that ship that was made for you
)
I will shoot a calendar next month for a car manufacturer and we will be using only 4 maybe 5 girls for that as well.
Miss Amanda has a very radiant face! Can’t wait to see some more nose art! Thanks for sharing thse John! They are definitely easy on the eyes!
your welcome man and thanks for all the fine blog additions,,,, I haven’t been around much to comment or see everything and man to I have a lot of comments to read from the past three weeks!!!! I think that your old star ship should have a fiery ST3 ending before you get your new ship!!!
Wow! Now I wish I’d waited to do my “nose art” project for my CG spaceship with the lovely Amanda Lee. The photo I used was great, but the one above is even better! I may just have to re-do the material maps I created with this new image. Not that I’m complaining, mind you. Working with photos of beautiful women is a task I’m happy to undertake.
By the way, you can find images of the nose art I designed of Ms. Lee on her myspace page here:

John you’re a very lucky man, to work with such beautiful Woman.
Sounds like all these photo shoots are going to be a lot of fun.
I can’t wait to see the results from them.
Hey John, mind if I tag along for the Tucson shoot? I live just a couple of hours away and I’d love to meet ya and the girls!!
sounds good with me, i have to clear it with Amanda first though!
Amanda Lee is perfect for nose art. I’ve painted her on a leather flight jacket using this image. and on the back of my “Nose Artist” flight suit using another pose. Major K
I’ll try to load the images here.
