Pin up update with Lola De Lish

A few months back I went to Arizona and shot two pin up models at the Pima Air Museum…the lovely Just Jen (who’s Birthday is going on as we speak) you already know from her recent posts here and today’s featured model, Lola De Lish!!  Lola is one incredible lady with a deep passion for modeling, especially pin up!!!  She can strike a new  clever pose in the blink of an eye, and every shot is a work of art!!!  I did a casting call prior to my trip out and Lola wrote me back, and I was so very glad she did!!!  She is very elegant, graceful and can be so very sassy when the camera is shooting!!  Both ladies are awesome, and I am so proud to call them friends.  Here is a sampling of the elegant Lola around some very stunning skies and aircraft!!  Included in tonight’s post you get both the colors and the B&W images.  Love to hear your comments on the variations and thanks for stopping by!

Lola is stunning in this pic’s. My Fav is the last one in both B&W as well as colour.

A big happy Birthday to Just Jen!

It’s interesting how many more details pop out at you when you view an image in B&W because your mind doesn’t have to sort out colors and can focus on other things. 🙂

Great stuff as usual. I think Lola 2 is my favorite, though I like them all. You’re lucky to have some many lovely ladies as friends. 🙂

More great stuff, Mr Eaves. Airplanes and stunnign women are always a great combination.

    Whatta De-Lish-Dish, eh! 🙂

I like both the color and the B/W. With the first B/W, I’d like to see a sepia and degraded treatment done to it, to make it like it was left=over from actual “period.” It’s the only one that would work though, as the others, Lola’s hair-style and outfit are an anarchism, so it would not really work. Either that, or she was way-hot before her time if taken back then!

    Great stuff, bro! 😉

I had the same thought as deg on the first one…it would look great as a real period piece. I typically like them in color (I’m not colorly challenged visually, as the photographer is), but the last one looks good in B&W.

I’m for any blog post making use of the word “sassy.”

Wow! You have really outdone yourself on that first picture – an absolutely beautiful pose and subject. Hard to decide between the color and B&W versions but I’m leaning towards the B&W. It gives the picture a nice, vintage WWII feel. Thanks for posting buddy!

Delish indeed, Lola 3 is probably my favorite.

    Happy Birthday Jen.

Very, very nice! She really does have a natural ability to just capture that vintage WWII era shot. Love the B/W shots! I’ll 3rd what deg and dea said and say that the first one looks like a real vintage shot! I’d vote for some sepia in there too!

    Happy Birthday, Jen!

    (ed. note – all fixed 🙂 )
