Glad to hear you’re working, John. Can you tell us what you’ve been up to?

Good to hear from you, John. You know this “paying work” thing is really killing our recreational reading habits.

Tell us you’ve been hired to do the new engine room in ST ’13.

Hey, being busy is better than being bored. Looking forward to powering the ol’ warp engines back up. Talk to you soon, John!

It’s great that you’ve been working. I’m sure whatever you’ve been working on will be a lot cooler because you’re working on it. 😀

Looking forward to whatever you’ve got on the horizon, both for your job and for the blog. 😀

Speaking of Pin-up’s, you might get a kick out of this. http://freakart89.wordpress.com/2012/01/09/lady-in-red/

Great to hear you’ll be back soon, I can’t wait to find out what you’ve been up to. 🙂

In the meantime, I’ve been really enjoying your friend (I think he’s your friend anyway – I remember you blogging about him once) Steve Burg’s posts on deviantart. Everyone should check out his gallery. http://steve-burg.deviantart.com/

I don’t know what it is about concept artists, but they all seem so nice and so willing to chat to their fans, on top of being incredibly talented.

Slightly off topic but this picture appeared on the internet and I wondered if you designed it:
