More from the perpetual files. This was to be a giant engineering complex; it was to be a place where warp technologies were developed, along with other x projects. This rough came right after the command center renderings, and I believe that I had about two more weeks on the game till it went down. Anyways, this was a very fun study and lots of wild architecture going on throughout.

That’s a big engine. I know, they say it’s not the size that matters, but I beg to differ. 😉 Cool drawing, as always. I love the mix of familiar elements and new stuff.
Interesting thought: I wonder if Perpetual would have correctly scaled the interiors to the characters. Cryptic sure did bungle that up big time.

Very nice. Really nice to see vertical scale. I can imagine a lot of difference science labs with big windows looking into this same warp core chamber.
yeah there are not a lot of high ceiling sets in ST, so this was fun to rise above 20 feet
That is a great concept. I could see this thing in orbit of Mars.
I can also see Scotty pee himself in excitement when he first walks in to the is lab for the Transwarp engine before it was installed on the USS Excelsior.

This is very inspiring, especially now that I’m back in my art groove. Brilliant as always, I hope we get to see more!

HAAA no it’s a plotting table but it would be a good place to have some billiards!!

Pretty awesome! Though I got to say something. It’s funny there is handrails on the catwalks and stairs, but none around the Warp Core’s pit. 😛
Well you have to have a little bit of danger at the work place!!! remember Vader had to pick up the emperor to throw him over the rail which in turn cost him his life. Here all you need is just one good kick and down he would go!
